Wills & Estate Planning

Who can register a Will in the UAE?

Both UAE residents and non-residents of non-Muslim faith can register Wills to secure their UAE-based assets. We assist clients in registering Wills with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) and the DIFC Wills Service Centre.

What’s the difference between a Single Will and a Mirror Will?

A Single Will covers one individual’s assets. A Mirror Will is a pair of Wills for spouses, mirroring each other’s wishes—often where each spouse leaves their estate to the other.

Do you handle guardianship clauses for minor children?
